Steve Rokoszewski
Executive Managing Director
Crow Point Group is built upon Steve's belief that the internal wholesaler model needs an updated approach. With nearly two decades of internal wholesaler experience, Steve began his career at Met Life Investors in the annuity distribution group managing the independent broker/dealer internal team. Moving on to KBS, Steve was responsible for the build-out of the sales desk which included hiring, training and managing the internal wholesaling team. In 2009, Steve moved across the country after being recruited to build out the RCS internal wholesaler team. That team grew to six desks across the country and employed 75 internal wholesalers responsible for selling multiple products. Steve brings his years of industry experience to Crow Point Group as the industry's premier internal wholesaler talent placement company which caters to the needs of boutique investment managers and their desire to built cost effective, efficient distribution teams. Steve resides in Southern California as well as in the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and son.
James Mulligan
Managing Director/Distribution
Jim Mulligan is often seen in the trenches working with internal wholesaler candidates at Crow Point Group. Jim believes in the the mantra that activity drives sales. With his nearly 20 years of expertise in working with internals, he excels in his approach of management through motivation.
He has held multiple roles over his 20 years in the financial services industry at Realty Capital Securities, Boston Capital and Meridian Capital. He has successfully built and grown industry leading Wall Street sales organizations in both the private equity and direct investment space. His experience starting out as in internal wholesaler early in his career then moving on to external wholesaling gives him the experience needed to understand the demands of both positions. When Jim is not motivating his internal team, he devotes his time to his wife and three children.
Andrew Baran
Director of Data and Analytics
Andrew joined the team in September as the Director of Data & Analytics. In this role, Andrew is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to help the organization make informed decisions. Prior to joining Crowpoint Group, Andrew worked for Citizens Wealth Management. Andrew graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Applied Analytics. He is an avid Boston sports fan who enjoys watching the Celtics and Patriots.
Molly Crowley
Business Development Consultant
Molly joined the team in November as our Business Development Consultant. In this role, Molly is responsible for finding new business opportunities to boost growth and sales. She conducts market research, develops business strategies, builds client relationships and identifies new business opportunities. Prior to joining Crowpoint Group, Molly was an Administrative Assistant at Paramount Placement, a talent sourcing agency.
